Legal advice for students’ unions

Students’ unions (SUs) play an important role in protecting the rights of students, representing their views and delivering services.  In recent years SUs have had to grapple with changes to student finance, the “Prevent” anti-radicalisation agenda and increased scrutiny from the Charity Commission.  We are able to advise SUs on a wide range of legal issues relevant to them and their members.
