The session provides valuable information to owners and managers as to how to get the most out of the Factual Accuracy process, the type and range of matters that can be raised and options available to a provider in receipt of an unsatisfactory CQC report, including timely use of the separate CQC complaints process, securing swift re-inspections and how to appeal.
