HCPC Interim Order Application Resisted

We represented a physiotherapist in successfully resisting an application by the Health & Care Professions Council to impose an interim order restricting his registration, following an allegation of sexual misconduct.  Following submissions by Adam Smith at a hearing of the Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service, the Committee agreed that it was neither necessary nor would it be in the public interest to impose an order, whether of conditions or suspension.
