Coronavirus update for our clients – updated 13 March 2020

As news of the coronavirus continues to dominate headlines, at Hempsons we are taking all necessary steps to ensure that we continue to provide the high level of service you have come to expect from us.

Mindful of the current government advice aiming to level the curve of the transmission graph, all four Hempsons office currently remain open. Should a diagnosis of Covid-19 occur within any of our offices, contingency plans are in place to keep staff as safe as possible and ensure that our clients are unaffected. All of our lawyers, management and support staff have access to secure cloud based technologies which enable them to work effectively as a team from home or other remote locations, largely as they would in the office environment. Our practice and document management systems, phone, email and video conferencing are also available remotely, enabling “business as usual” on a remote basis should that be required.
