Hempsons is delighted to announce that Jon Pearce has joined our employment team in London.

Jon advises a wide range of clients predominantly operating in the health and social care and charity sectors on all aspects of employment law. Jon is a tenacious and effective litigator. He has particular expertise in advising on strategic personnel issues such as senior executive appointments and departures and complex change management situations, including large-scale restructurings and redundancies, outsourcings and TUPE transfers.

Jon re-joins the team having previously worked at Hempsons as an associate.
