Jemima joined Hempsons in 2020 as a paralegal in the healthcare litigation team, where she completed her training contract, her seats were healthcare litigation, corporate commercial, regulatory, and real estate.
She qualified in 2023 into the corporate commercial team and works predominantly with the primary care team. Jemima works on partnership deeds, and the incorporations and mergers of GP practices and PCNs. She also assists with the firm’s company secretarial service.

Outside of work I enjoy coxing one of the 8s at my rowing club. I run as a hobby and I like the theatre. I help with my local church. Within in the firm I am on the social committee and occasionally help the Living Our Values team.
