Paula Paul

Paula re-joined Hempsons in 2021 as a legal assistant in the healthcare litigation team in our Newcastle office. She specialises in clinical negligence claims and has worked in this field since 2006.

Paula has previous experience of dealing with a broad spectrum of defendant claims for various bodies, including the NHS, defence organisations, insurers and private hospitals. Cases include failure/delay in diagnosis and treatment, medication errors, nursing care and surgery.

In addition to running her own varied caseload, Paula assists other members of the team with higher value and more complex cases.
