Ayesha is a solicitor in the healthcare litigation team. She has experience in handling a range of clinical negligence cases, including delays in diagnosis, orthopaedic claims, and claims for psychiatric injury. She is known to go the extra mile to achieve the best result for her clients. Ayesha has a pragmatic approach and seeks to settle cases at an early stage where possible.

Prior to joining Hempsons, Ayesha trained at a top-tier national claimant firm, specialising in clinical negligence. She then worked in-house as an advocate at a leading defendant insurance firm.
