Sam Wright

Sam joined Hempsons in 2022 as a senior solicitor working within our healthcare advisory team, and she represents health and social care clients at inquests. Sam qualified as a solicitor in 2015, following a two-year secondment working with the Northwest Ambulance Service where she managed an in-house legal team dealing with inquests and claims.

Prior to commencing her role here at Hempsons, Sam was the legal services manager at an NHS hospital trust where she had the opportunity to further her experience of working within a legal team within the NHS.

Sam’s in-house experience provides her with an invaluable insight into how NHS trusts work internally. As a result of her experience, Sam has a good understanding of her client’s needs and requirements enabling her to provide a high level of support to her NHS trust clients within the work that she carries out.

Sam also has experience in personal injury, children’s social care, data protection claims along with stress at work claims.
