Abi Joinson

Abi studied at Liverpool John Moores University from 2018 until 2022, obtaining a Law Degree (LLB) and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (LLM LPC). Following completion of her LLM in August 2022, Abi began working as a paralegal in a specialist claimant firm where she was able to specialise in dental negligence claims. 

Abi then joined the healthcare litigation department in 2023 to assist with and run dental negligence cases. Abi has since assisted on a variety of clinical negligence claims for different indemnifiers and their members.

Abi has also assisted in representing the interests of private professional clients and members of indemnity organisations in GMC investigation procedures and MPTS hearings including interim orders tribunals. Abi has regularly received praise from clients and Counsel alike for her work throughout GMC investigations.

More about Abi

Outside of work I spend a lot of time with friends and family. I enjoy going for hikes and spending time outside (weather permitting)! I am a huge sports fan, frequently attending football and rugby matches. I am also an F1 fan and have been to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
