Hempsons welcomes new employment law partner Saira Ramadan
We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Saira Ramadan as a partner in our employment law team, based in our London office. Saira joined the firm on Monday 20 May, after 17 years at Capsticks.
Saira brings with her a wealth of legal experience, having first qualified as a barrister in 2006 and then cross qualifying as a solicitor in 2009. She primarily acts for healthcare, charity, housing, private, and third sector clients on a range of employment advisory and litigation matters. Saira has a particular expertise in equal pay and discrimination issues, contractual interpretation and dispute matters, and policy development. She is also an experienced advocate, regularly representing clients at Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal hearings.
