Healthcare advisory lawyer – inquests, mental health law, court of protection (3 PQE+) – London

We are looking for an experienced healthcare advisory lawyer with a background in inquests, court of protection and mental health law to join our team in London.

We are seeking either a Senior Solicitor (3 PQE+) or Associate (5 PQE+) to work on a range of matters including inquests, mental health law, mental capacity/Court of Protection and general advisory queries about legal issues arising in clinical care. The work will involve high profile and sensitive cases, acting largely for the NHS but also private health providers and MDOs.
