Philippa Doyle, Head of Social Care, is leading a series of four webinars relating to the CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements, offering care providers crucial insights and guidance in meeting the CQC criteria. In this webinar three of four, Philippa will take you through four further quality statements as they relate to employees.
