Kimberley Nightingale

Kimberley is a senior solicitor within the healthcare litigation team in Harrogate. 

After completing a law degree and the Legal Practice Course, Kimberley worked at a national Tier 1 claimant law firm from 2015 working primarily in the field of medical negligence. Following her training, Kimberley qualified in March 2020 into the medical negligence team; and she joined Hempsons in August 2024.

Kimberley has a varied caseload and works closely with NHS Resolution, trusts and general practitioners in the defence of clinical claims.
