Zara Mahmood

Zara previously worked as a commercial and residential property solicitor at a high-street firm, where she acted for small to medium sized companies in a variety of property transactions including acting for an established care home provider in the acquisition and disposals of care homes. She also has experience in landlord and tenant matters including all aspects of lease transactions. Her previous experience has given her valuable insight into the real estate sector.

Zara joined Hempsons in 2025 as a senior solicitor in the real estate department looking to gain invaluable experience in the health and care sector. Her current role with Hempsons involves dealing with NHS Trusts and foundations on a variety of real estate matters.
