Contact us

We run several sector-specific advice lines for clients – please see details below.

Social care advice line

The social care team at Hempsons is well placed to assist with a wide range of legal issues including areas such as CQC inspections and CQC reports, employment issues, local authority safeguarding alerts and disputes with local authorities.

Hempsons’ social care advice line is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and offers up to 15 minutes of valuable preliminary advice on a range of issues social care providers face including:

  • Regulatory expertise
  • Health and safety
  • Employment and HR law
  • Real estate
  • Corporate and commercial

To access the Advice Line simply call 01423 724056 quoting ‘social care advice line’ or email socialcare@hempsons.co.uk.

GP advice line

For many years we have been running, in conjunction with GP magazine, a GP Advice Line, whereby we offer up to 10 minutes free legal advice in connection with matters relating to issues which GPs encounter in their practice life.

Please call 020 7839 0278 and ask for the GP Advice Line or email gp@hempsons.co.uk.

The Advice Line Service is very useful for the provision of general queries, although it is not possible to answer enquiries of a detailed nature for reasons of potential conflict of interest.  It does however serve as a useful guide at an early stage to indicate whether more detailed legal advice should be sought.

Dental advice line

Hempsons’ Dental Advice Line is open between 10.00 am to 4.00pm Monday – Friday and our team of experts can offer dentists and members of dental teams up to ten minutes of free legal advice.

Please call 020 7839 0278 and ask for the Dental Advice Line or email our team here: Dental advice line
