Review of branch properties

We advised a very large national charity which undertook a review of its 177 branches in the UK in order to establish their property ownership.

We advised on the property ownership issues, as well as specific interpretation of different trust documentation, to establish the basis upon which each property is being held and whether it is subject to the overriding authority of the charity under its Royal Charter.
