Event overview

The pieces of the jigsaw for procurement post 28 October 2024 are falling into place. Whilst some of the finer detail is still to be published, the main provisions are in place and so the future requirements are known.

We will be running free training sessions on the future requirements on 17 July and more detailed sessions later in the autumn to keep you up-to-date with developments, including what it will mean for you on a day to day basis, ahead of the Act “going live”.

Join our specialist procurement law team on 17 July as we consider:

  • the key changes
  • the transitional provisions
  • key issues to prepare for

In our sessions in the autumn, we will look in detail at the following:

  • how processes will be run, including notices, exclusions and debarment
  • the key differences from the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
  • key changes to framework agreements
  • contract management requirements

As the new law comes into force we will be here to support you get to grips with the new requirements and will also be providing podcasts on key aspects.
