Appeal court reverses defendant’s clinical negligence summary judgment

In June we reported the case of Hewes v West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust & Ors where the defendant obtained summary judgment against the claimant. That decision has now been overturned and we will report on that in more detail next week.
