You can find out more about the fundamental standards of care too as partner and head of social care, Philippa Doyle will be leading a session on Thursday 16 September from 11-11.30am on ‘Fundamental standards of care: Enhance the lives of the people you support and impress CQC too.’ Philippa will guide you through elements of the fundamental standards and provide you with tools to enhance the lives of those you support and impress CQC at the same time. The session will focus on enhancing person-centred care.
Philippa will also lead another free webinar in our series on the fundamental standards on Wednesday 29 September at 10.30am, when she will focus on the often forgotten standards including dignity and respect, need for consent, nutritional and hydration needs, premises and equipment, complaints and display of performance assessments.
