Don’t forget your partnership agreements!
With all of the work you are doing at the moment in relation to primary care networks and other forms of collaboration, it is easy to forget, or put to one side, your own internal practice arrangements.
Remember that having a valid and up to date partnership agreement in place is really important and we urge you to ensure that yours is in order, incorporating provisions for your practice’s involvement with the PCN. Without a partnership agreement, you may be operating as a partnership at will, which leaves the practice vulnerable.
If you need any assistance with updating or putting in place a new partnership agreement, then please contact our specialist team.
