We are delighted to report that our Regulatory & Crime team is continuing to deliver results for our police officer clients, with two officers acquitted at Luton Magistrates Court on Friday 8th January.

Two officers were acquitted following succesful submissions of no case to answer, made at the conclusion of the prosecution case on a charge of affray. The lay bench of Magistrates found that there was no case to answer against the officers after it had listened to the prosecution case over a period of two days. The officers are understandably delighted following the stresses of the proceedings, including very significant delays.
