The Public Procurement (International Trade Agreements) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 now in force

These Regulations make amendments to United Kingdom Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “PCR”) and other procurement regulations for the purpose of implementing two free trade agreements entered into by the United Kingdom (“the FTAs”), one with Australia and the other with New Zealand.
