Beth is a solicitor in the healthcare litigation team in Harrogate. Beth graduated from Newcastle University in 2013 following completion of her law degree and then studied at the University of Law in Manchester for her LPC in 2016/17.
Beth acts on behalf of NHS Trusts and GPs on a wide range of cases including, orthopaedic, surgical, obstetric, amputations, fatal claims and secondary victim claims. She has experience of, and gained unique insight into, how a legal team operates in-house having spent time on secondment at an NHS Trust in the legal services team, advising and assisting on a variety of legal matters.
