Charlotte joined Hempsons in 2015.
Charlotte works in the healthcare litigation team and has experience in handling a range of clinical negligence cases including delays in diagnosis, fatal cases, orthopaedic claims, obstetric/ gynaecological claims, and claims for psychiatric damage. Charlotte has worked on claims involving multiple trusts and GP defendants.
Prior to joining Hempsons Charlotte worked at Irwin Mitchell representing claimants suffering from asbestos related illnesses including mesothelioma, asbestosis and pleural thickening.
