Heather has specialised in clinical negligence litigation since joining Hempsons in 1996. She has been involved in group litigation, having been part of the team handling the organ retention group litigation and locally she was responsible for a small group involving breast cancer.
Heather has successfully defended several cases to trial and has settled cases via mediation as well as more traditional routes.
