Helen has over 23 years’ experience in healthcare litigation, having specialised in clinical negligence claims since 1998. She joined Hempsons in 2002 with a background in claimant clinical negligence claims. Her practice consists of high value and complex birth injury, obstetric and paediatric claims as well as head and spinal injury claims, acting on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS trusts and general practitioners. She also represents NHS trusts at inquests and provides general healthcare law advice.
In 2005, Helen obtained a Masters degree in Healthcare Law & Ethics. Helen became a partner in 2011 and leads a team of experienced litigators. Helen is a NHS Resolution nominated partner for the general practitioner indemnity schemes.
