Helen joined Hempsons in February 2024 from the dispute resolution team of a national professional services business where she acted for individuals and businesses in various industries in relation to a range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, defamation and disputes between directors and shareholders.
Helen acts for NHS trusts, NHS foundation trusts, Integrated Care Boards and limited companies in relation to public procurement processes, challenges and litigation. Helen also acts in relation to wider commercial litigation matters.

Outside work I play guitar and participate in a local art group. Before moving to work in legal services, I was a Systems Change Manager with responsibilities including the planning and delivery of a project to migrate a business with around 200 users onto a new debt management system.
