Megan Walker

Megan joined Hempsons in December 2024. She began her legal career as a clinical negligence paralegal at a regional firm before she obtained a training contract.

Following qualification in 2018 Megan moved to a large nationwide firm and she has specialised is clinical negligence ever since. She has handled high and low value claims as well as many complex cases.

Megan has a varied experience of claims spanning multiple specialisms to include birth injury claims, medication errors, surgical claims and delayed diagnosis. Megan has a particular interest in fatal claims.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my cocker spaniel, Paddington.

I am lucky to live close to the coast and love to take Paddington on long walks along the beach.

I’m a big football fan; I’m Sunderland fan and season ticket holder so most of my Saturdays are spent at the Stadium of Light.
