Melea McFarlane

Melea completed a medical law masters in 2002 before qualifying in 2005 and joining Hempsons the following year. She provides litigation advice to the NHS on a broad spectrum of cases, including birth and brain injury claims. Melea has successfully defended several cases at trial and is often seconded to NHSR. For a number of years now, Melea has contributed to the firm’s patient safety lectures.
