Michael Ainsworth

Michael is a partner in Hempsons’ corporate-commercial department.

Michael has significant experience of commercial transactions across many sectors including particular expertise of healthcare IT related contracts due to his previous experience as an in-house solicitor at global IT suppliers Computer Sciences Corporation and iSOFT plc.
