Mikaler Cutts

Mikaler has specialised in clinical negligence claims since 2000. Her caseload includes high value birth injury claims, obstetric and paediatric claims as well as orthopaedic and delayed diagnosis claims.

She joined Hempsons in 2020 with a background primarily in defendant clinical negligence. She also has some claimant experience having worked in a firm specialising in brain and spinal cord injury claims. She also some experience in dealing with claims against GPs.
