Simeon specialises in clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution as well as private individuals and their defence organisations.
He has been acting on behalf of medical professionals and NHS organisations for more than 20 years and maintains a focus on complex brain and spinal injury claims.
He became a partner in 2013 and heads a small team of healthcare litigators. He also has responsibility for the trainees in the Manchester office.

I’m Dad to three teenage girls and spend a good amount of my time switching off lights and tripping over shoes. I enjoy cycling and have recently started to paint (acrylics). I’m slow and steady at both.
