How we can help with financial and welfare arrangements

Managing your affairs can become a major task, particularly as you get older. In order to prepare for old age, we can advise on all types of powers of attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney, both in relation to your property and affairs and personal welfare, and on pre-existing Enduring Powers of Attorney. We are also able to act as an attorney should the family require it. We are similarly able to advise on registration procedures relating to both Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and to assist in applications made to the Office of the Public Guardian.  We can also comment on financial schemes where required, including equity release.
