Markus Schober

Markus is an experienced employment lawyer and advises employers from a range of health and social care sectors including NHS trusts, ICBs, charities and private businesses in contentious and non-contentious matters.

He supports clients on all aspects of the employment relationship such as performance and conduct matters, grievances, dignity at work investigations, policy and contractual advice, organisational change and employment litigation.

Markus enjoys getting to know his clients and their objectives in order to provide pragmatic and commercial advice within the context of the sectors and regulatory confines in which they operate.
